Assuring yourself of a balanced decision

The objective is to neutralize the situation, not focus upon whether the attacker throws a right hand or a left hand; the main objective is to nullify the attacker.

Transition is the ability to put the other concepts into anything you do and as also use as a tool to assure yourself of a balanced decision.

We can give examples to transition in the time of an attack with these:

Fast “V” steps => transition to all distances rapidly.

Universal application principle => it doesn’t matter whether you are using a naked hand or any kind of weapon, same movements can be applied to different context.

Timing => moving at the correct time, not early or late.

Ideal line => to reach the target you should focus on the shortest path.

Going forward => to increase mental and physical speed, the path is being shortened.
